Global Valuations Accounting & Tax

Hey Everyone.

Currently a first year in an IT Consulting/Audit role at a Big 4 accounting firm and just finished up the CPA exam. After being in this group for about a year I decided IT is not for me. After researching different careers, I stumbled upon the attached job description. I was wondering if anyone has heard of this or worked in anything similar to this? So far I have only been able to find a position that does this at Morgan Stanley. A few questions I have...

-Are there other similar positions that I could look into?

-With the group called GVAT, would I work on on valuations, accounting, and tax projects? Or would I probably be specializing in 1 of those 3 subjects?

-I am planning on transferring within my firm, but have not decided where yet. I could possibly transfer to Deal Advisory/Transaction Services into Valuations or Financial Due Diligence. I could also possibly transfer to M&A Tax. Which of these (or other service lines) would be best to eventually move to a position on a GVAT (or something similar) team?

Thank you for the help, just trying to find my way!
