Going from Houston IB internship to full-time New York S&T chances?

Hey everyone, I'm currently an IB summer analyst in the Houston office of a European tier 2 bank (think BNP, HSBC, SocGen, etc), but my aspirations were always in S&T in new york. Had a large number of super days for markets internships at BBs and EBs but couldn't secure any and decided to go for Houston IB for this summer.

Anyone know what my chances would be in chasing full-time opportunities in S&T in New York considering that my experience will be IB now? Any advice on how to pursue it and which banks would be best to look at would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
