They may be able to see it if it was not expunged at the federal level (likely it was only expunged at the state level). However, you should be fine because you were CHARGED, but not convicted. You're only statutorily disqualified if you've been CONVICTED of any felony or a misdemeanor involving theft, securities, etc.

Long story short, you should be fine. However, you may receive a call from Compliance. If that happens, just fax them the signed letter from the judge saying it was expunged and explain the situation to them.
