How does this look for freshman summer? IS this even banking?

The term good is relative, you're not giving us any point of reference to compare to man. If your other offer is a BB SA role, then no that is not a good internship (I'm just making a point here, I know you don't have a BB offer). On the other hand, if your other offer is jacking off all summer or flipping burgers, then yes, this is a good offer.

We also don't know what school you go to. This could be a step up or down depending on your school.

Quick answer without knowing anything else is that this looks like an opportunity worth taking advantage of as a freshman. Even if you don't do shit, I could spin the stuff you listed on your post into relevant sounding information in a heartbeat. At the very least it will give you a base to build from so that next summer you will have a better shot at landing something, which will help for junior summer, etc.

Its an intern position... I didnt understand that though, why is it an mba position. Its an intern role. I dont have anything else lined up for this summer except caddying.

Also I got to a top 40 non target. I already have an internship under my belt, just trying to figure out whether this is worth it?
