It looks to be about normal, possibly a little on the low end, but it is Ops. What other offers or options do you have?
I'd say that offer is market, not high nor low. It's not a ton of money, but it certainly isn't a kick in the pants. Don't turn it down on the basis of salary.
Oh, wow! Have salaries gone down for these positions?. I recall market for Ops being roughly $60-65 + $5-10 3 years ago.
Depends on the firm, etc.Other banks or smaller places will pay less. 55K for BO isn't anything to sneeze at.
