GPA conversion for resume

I have been reading quite a bit on Wall Street Oasis and it has been very helpful so far.

I am currently in the process of applying for several finance jobs, mostly in the UK.

As I am from a continental European country (think France or Germany) I am wondering if I should transfer my final grade into the UK grade system.

Thanks for your help!

No.

Every major employer that I've gone through (varies for boutiques) allows you to enter your grades based on the system used in your country. eg UK so enter A-Levels and First/2.1/2.2/3/Fail USA so enter high-school and uni GPA France so enter IB and whatever the Frenchies use
