GPA discrepancy on application

Has recently accepted a SA at a top BB. Right before applying I received two grades that pulled my domestic GPA down a bit (would still be a 4.0 when you convert). In the application system, I wrote my new and slightly worse GPA, however, I recently checked again and by mistake, I used my old resume with my old and better GPA. What would you do in this situation?

1. Reach out to HR and make them aware of this mistake in my resume

2. Keep quiet and hope it is not flagged in the background check, and if caught try to explain it was an honest mistake

3. ???

I know that my domestic GPA is higher than some of the people working there now and the converted GPA is well above the floor level.

Pls advice.
