GPA Discrepency Issue

I have a problem. My undergrad gpa is above 3.8 and my major even more so. But now, since I started my grad program, I am really falling behind and will probably get around a 3.1 or 3.2. Will my undergrad be enough so that recruiters will not toss my resume aside? Should I even bother putting my grad GPA on there, as I hear some students don't put grad GPA's on their resume until the end of the program? I am just a bit worried because up until now it has been a major reason for most every interview I have gotten.

If they ask for your transcripts, which they most likely will, then they will see the term gpa. Plus, I am planning on sending out summer internship apps around december/january which, because it will be after this semesters grades come in, I assume recruiters will wonder where my most recent gpa is.
