GPA for GS, JP Morgan, And Morgan Stanley
Coming from a non-target with finance major. Would a 3.59 be too low for consideration at these firms?

Unfortunately, as non-target, it would be too low for those three banks in NYC. On the other hand, plenty of other banks in NYC will accept that GPA, and if you are set on those three, try regional offices like Chicago or Houston which has a lower threshold.

I mean if you have more time, I would definitely try to raise your GPA to a 3.7 at a minimum to increase the odds.
You might as well apply and say you have a 3.8. And then grind to bring your GPA up before your internship starts next summer since most places don't ask for transcript until you start

No idea, but I wouldn't be surprised. When a bank gives you an offer it means they want you after interviewing a bunch of people. So if you manage bring your GPA up then they wont care

I have friends that have broken into top BB IB with below 3.2 GPA from non target. Anything is possible
Not impossible. Keep on grinding, network hard and apply everywhere. Everything is possible if you don’t give up. Have a good story to explain your gpa and why you want to do this.
