I'm at a non-target school: McGill University in my first-year of a three year program.
My Gpa is currently: 3.25
Will I even get any interviews having such a low Gpa? What can I do? Also, 2 of my subjects are 78 and 1 of my subject is 79. That really sucks because it's B+ which is a 3.3 while A- is a 3.7
What else can I do beside Gpa to improve my chances for a ibank/PE/Equity job?
