Grad School VS. Experience

Hi All,

I am a recent Grad School graduate with an MBA in Investment Analysis from an non target school. I worked very hard to complete my Masters as a full time student and employee; I am proud to say that I received a 3.7 GPA while working every day throughout the pandemic. With that said, I do not feel I have great experience on my resume. I am 24 years old, currently a personal banker for the past 2 years and 2 summer internships during my undergraduate years at a small mortgage brokerage firm.

I was hoping someone may have some helpful tips and ideas for highlighting my education and more importantly make up for my lack of industry experience. I have in depth industry reports, portfolio analysis, and other Grad school papers that highlight my work; however, it is hard to showcase these papers due to my lacking resume. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated!
