Too late to recruit for F500 FLDP/corporate finance?
Senior at a non-target recruiting FT right now. Spent this summer in a role that had a similar recruiting process/candidate pool to IB, but came out of it realizing I really don’t want to go down the banking/PE route.
I’ve been looking more into corporate finance and F500 FLDP/rotational programs and think it could be a much better fit for what I actually want long term. The problem is I basically spent all of college focused on the traditional high finance recruiting path, so I have no idea how recruiting for these roles works.
Am I already late for 2027 FT recruiting? If not, when do most of these applications open and where should I be looking outside of the handful of obvious programs?
Would appreciate any advice from people who went this route out of undergrad.
