graduate program

Hello,

I have question:

I wanted to know wheter it was possible to integrate a graduate position if I already have one year of work experience (in financial fields but not a graduate program). What do you suggest to integrate a big IB when you already graduated and are working in finance?

Thank you

Are you talking about working in a non IBD related field for a year and then trying to get into IB being 1 year out of undergrad? If that is your question then I guess it would come down to networking and how you sell the story on why you went the direction you did instead of just going into IB to begin with. Let me advise this, once your resume starts moving away from IB it is increasingly hard to change course without grad school or something similar. Not saying it cannot be done, but it is not easy.
