graduating in 2024, would it be stupid to recruit for summer 24 internships?
I have not previously had any finance experience, but I secured an internship for summer '23 (boutique IB). The internship is in Europe, and I know I want to return to the states + try to re-recruit at a BB for FT. Considering current hiring issues, would it be crazy to try to recruit for a summer 24 internship and perhaps do a 5th year of college/a gap?
