Graduating Late with SA Offer

I'm a current junior with a SA offer at a top NY BB (GS/MS). I'm considering staying in school an extra semester to study abroad. My reasoning is that life is short and I haven't had the opportunity to do so, nor would I have the opportunity unless I extend my graduation. I would graduate Fall 2023 rather than Spring 2023. I'm curious as to how this would impact a full-time offer?
