Graduating Senior from Non Target - Which MO roles are a good starting point?

I am a graduating senior at a west coast non-target. I have a pretty poor GPA (Sub 3), and will graduate with a BS in Economics in June. I have 2 summers of previous internship experience at BB (MS, UBS, BAML) PWM and have passed level 1 of the CFA exam. In my job search, I struggle to get interviews due to my poor resume, however when I do, make it to the final round every time so far. I eventually want to make it into AM, and will be attempting to finish the CFA. I am just wondering if there are different paths to AM, MO/BO roles that are good stepping stones, and essentially any advice on making it into AM. Thanks in advance, this community has been really helpful.
