I recently got a offer at a bank that does group selection in the spring. I am really gunning for the most competitive group, and want to know how to increase my chances. There are a few alumni in the group, but unfortunately I never really networked with them during the interview process.
When should I start reaching out to the alumni and other mutual connections? Will it be more casual, or more like another interview.
