GS GIR vs JPM IM? Please advise.

Hello everyone,

What would be your recommendations be between JPM Investment Management (Fixed Income) and GS GIR (strategy and commodities)? I also have offers from MM IBD but my long term career goal is to move into a hedge fund/PM or something more quantitative (Math major).

I know that JPM is strong when it comes to investment management and GS is significantly weaker in research, so I am leaning heavily towards JPM. But I want to go to a place where I will learn the most so I'd to seek your opinions.

Also, which group should I aim for among the JPM IM Fixed Income division that will provide 1) the best learning experience and 2) exit opportunities? I know they are pretty strong all around (did a search on WSO).

Thank you in advance! Any insights will be greatly appreciated.
