GS & JPM interviews

I have a GS interview for a contract position next week and a JPM interview a few days later for a perm position that I really want. I don't have a job, so I kinda want something asap. How would you guys go about this? Take the GS contract if offered and not wait on jpm afterwards or what? In the long run JPM would obviously be better but it would suck to turn down a GS job then not get the jpm job
