I'm a sophomore and have an interview coming up for the spring program in IM at Goldman.
Since I am only a soph., should I expect mainly behavioral questions? Also, if anyone went through the program, how was the overall experience? What is the placement rate for summer opportunities?

I also go to a non-target. I just had my interview on Monday and they said they would get back to me at the latest by Friday, how long after your interview did you find out?
