Hi, I am being referred to Guggenheim Partners for a position in operations. What is the base salary range for a solid level VP in operations at Guggenheim Partners? What about the bonus amt (and when it's paid)? How are the benefits and work culture? Are the hours long? Any infor would be helpful. Thanks. Kathy.
