Heated Argument
Two of my friends were arguing over whether this is a front office sales job:
"Supporting the futures marketing/sales team in the FICC division of Goldman."
Turns out that one of the kids in class (he's a little obnoxious) has been blowing his own trumpet ever since he landed this offer. He's been going on and on about how he would be joining the rest of the S&T analysts for training in New York this coming summer, and how he would be bringing in new clients for the firm.
Could someone please shed some light on this?
I think the word "supporting" is pretty clear. It's a mid-office or back office.
no question, back office
