Help a nervous sophomore
Can someone please list out any banks still hiring that might be open taking non-diversity sophomores (and those who haven’t opened applications yet)? Can be any investment bank, plan to do a lot of networking.

Target no-name Lower Middle Market and Middke Market boutiques, they take lots of nondiversity kids.
Thank you for this - any advice how to go about finding these banks, or can you give some examples?
Also would you recommend I go for some foreign banks that take sophomores (like HSBC I think).
