I've been applying to various banks (BBs, MM) for equity research positions. I've networked extensively with analysts that work there, my issue is, they are now offering me referrals for various positions but I've already applied....
Did I waste the opportunity, or should I withdraw my applications and re-apply with their referrals attached etc.?

My guess is you should let them know you’ve applied after having a great conversation w them, and ask if they can let HR know about your conversation. I’m sure it’ll do the same thing.
