help clarifying job

Hi all,

I am new to this forum. Thanks to all who contribute, some of the information here has been extremely helpful.

I have recently applied for this job at JPM

CIB - F&BM – Equities, Prime, Clearing Product Controller – External Reporting – Analyst

I don’t know much about it since my background is in a different field. I would like to know a little bit more about it and the day to day and responsabilities.

Also is the transition to a Front Office IB position plausible, I plan to do a Masters/MBA within the next two years and use that to my favor too.

Thank you all!
