HELP HELP
I am having issues when uploading my resume for online applications, for instance Morgan Stanley's application. Many sites don't accept .pdf documents and when I upload my resume in .doc the dates and some of my text are no longer aligned.
How can I correct this problem?
Go through your resume after it is uploaded to their plain text online format, and make sure everything looks decent - if not, correct it as you need to with spaces and deletions. If they convert it upon uploading, they are not looking for it to be stylistically perfect - just consistent and full of useful context - then they probably filter out the undesirables.
