HELP! Job out of college

I am currently a summer intern with Investor Relations at a middle market Bank in Chicagoland Area. I am looking to possibly get into Sales/Trading, PWM, or PE... I have a decent GPA at a good private school... Will my internship experience help? What is your advice from here... I am entering my senior Year
