Help me
I am a 21 year old new graduate as of December 2023 with an undergraduate in finance and economics. I’ve moved to the other side of the world the moment I completed my degree, because of this I’m lacking some experience. My previous job was assistant restaurant manager at the top 3 McDonald’s in my country, this position was full time while I was studying. Can anyone offer me any advice on any alternative routes on how to break into IB considering I went to a non-target, and don’t have any relevant experience.
