Help me choose between 2 summer internships

Hi, the title says it all and I'll keep it brief. I am a second-year student at a reputable uni in Europe, after uni I would like to do IB in London (M&A, or at least the corporate side of it).

Offer 1: Capital Markets Division, M&A intern. The fact is that it is a Real Estate investment management firm. Pro: very good brand (>50bn AUM), Cons: it is real estate, so although the phases of the M&A are the exact same I'll deal with the real estate part of it.

Offer 2: Investment Intern (PE & VC) in a family office. Pro: potentially more interesting and high exposure (small team and a lot of companies in portfolio), Cons: no recognizable brand (at least in London).

Both positions are not based in London
