Help me get out the discount brokerage industry.

Had a good start to a career in Revenue Managment industry for various airlines. Had a quarter life crisis and decided to roll the dice and try my luck in low finance haha.

Currently work as an active trader specialist in Chicago for a well known discount broker.

It has been a great experience as I'm learning everything from trade routing (a lot of people I work with used to grind in the pits here) to forex, futures and portfolio margin risk. I feel as though I will come out of it with a broad, yet basic understanding of the industry.

Where can I go from here? BA is from a mid-level school. Have my 7, 63, 3 and 34.

Make fun of me all you'd like but any help would really be appreciated.
