Help me plan my career?
I recently graduated from a non-target university with a humanities background. I had no intention of ever working in finance but landed a role in a big Spanish bank in the Payments Product department. I have no idea where I can pivot from this role, the seniors in my bank have been in Payments for decades. Should I try to get into high finance by doing an MBA/CFA or work on the Product team? Commerical banking might also be a more realistic pivot for me. What do you guys think?
