HELP: MOVING/ JUMPING/ ESCAPING BACK OFFICE (Audit) to FRONT OFFICE

Hi everyone,

This is my first post and I really need help desperately.
I am utterly STUCK in Internal Audit for an investment bank (Top 5 globally) and am dying to go to front office (sales, asset management, M&A or equity research) yet dont know how and am not finding entry routes.

Brief background:
Non target uni in the UK (Non-russell group)
First class Honours Finance undergrad
CFA Lvl1
Joined the bank in Audit grad scheme since graduating last year (30-40k salary) absolutely hate it here, no challenge, no work, no skills apart from my own learning.
Been applying everywhere from risk to window cleaning JP morgan windows (joke).
23 Years old and dont want to regret not reaching FO my whole life

Has anyone been so lost and hopeless?

YOU ARE MY ONLY HOPE
