Help with Choosing an Offer

Hi Monkeys,

I have an offer from a top BB in risk management, and then another from a boutique investment bank (400 million yearly revenue) to do a rotational program for 6 months is S&T and then 6 months in equity research. I think I'd like to get an MBA at some point, and I think the BB would be better for that, but the job at the smaller firm would be much more challenging and enjoyable - plus it's front office. For long term growth opportunities what do you think the best choice would be?

thanks

Why do you want to get an MBA and what do you want to do in the future (other than get an MBA)?
