HireRight/Background checks
I have some unrelated term time/summer time work on my resume and HireRight is doing background checks on this. I was working a 0-hour contract and was offered random shifts over term time. I was offered shifts and requested them but was not able to work due to availability issues with both me and the agency.
With regards to proving dates of employment, my Tax documents state I finished working with the agency 5 months before I left and looked for another summer job however I was still with the agency and in communication with them for much longer.
I have email evidence of this fact and the payroll manager at my old role has explained this in an email but HireRight doesn't accept emails as evidence. Will this simply be a case of explaining the discrepancy to the Investment bank doing the check?
