Houlihan Lokey Written Test
Will be taking a written test at an upcoming interview at Houlihan Lokey. Can anyone provide some color on what to expect?

Took the written test last year for the corp fin group in LA. The test included one long accouting problem 8 - 10 transactions and you had to fill in how each transaction flowed through the three statements, calc EV (with extra info.), calc WACC, calc multiples when given margins/growth rates, some NPV questions, etc. Just brush up on your basic corp fin and know te statements inside and out.

Does HLHZ still require candidates to take a writing test during a second round interview? Also, is second round a superday or is there a third round and final round? Thanks in advance.
