Had this problem with bofa last year and they gave me the hv 3 weeks after submitting my application. Same problem happened this year too lol (I'm reapplying and plan to do masters as well). Think we just gotta wait or email them.

Did you have to ask HR or did it just come through eventually? (have the same problem)
Didn't ask HR because I thought I had been screened out last yr, but they sent out a sorry email to those who didn't get hv followed up by sending the hv invitation immediately.
I know other people who tried reaching out, so prob worth a try if you want
