How are my odds looking after interview?

Just got done with my interview with MS for an internship. It was through a very great referral from a highly respected friend of the person that interviewed me. The pros: -Said I was a very strong candidate -At the end of the interview said she was "looking to hire me" -Really liked how personable I was - Invited me back next weekend to meet with her and another person and told me to go over a certain number of things really well for it

Cons: - She said the only fault she can really find was that I was only a sophomore and the internship is intended for juniors -She said there was another candidate that she really liked too but might accept and internship at another firm

Overall, however, considering it was my first interview EVER, I thought I did very well.

mxcCool story, bro

haha

The answer to your question is 1) network 2) get involved 3) beef up your resume 4) repeat -happypantsmcgee WSO is not your personal search function.

You made it to the next round, that means you have a chance. Until you have completed every round just prepare as best you can and listen to the advice you were given.

Thanks for the responses guys. Last question: Do you think I should send a thank you note even if I have another interview next week?
