How do FT analyst trainings work?
Hi,
I may be joining full time at a bank soon that sends first year analysts abroad for training. Will I be sent to be trained with all the other analysts from its other offices/geographies at the same time? Does it usually happen around June/July time? I was wondering if I could opt to go for training at a later date than the one suggested by the bank or if I miss this date then I don't get another chance. Do BB banks all train their analysts in one huge batch or are there several batches spread throughout the year for example. Thanks :)

Mind disclosing which bank you are at atm? I have heard that other banks have a few cycles so there is some flexibility.
