How Do I Get Started in a Career in Market Making / Derivatives Risk Management?

Hello,

I'm graduating at the end of this year with a degree in Finance and minor in Applied Math, I plan to either work for a brief period or go directly to grad school for a Masters in Financial Engineering depending on what job opportunities I run into. I have been extensively looking for entry level careers in the field of derivative market making, risk management, and other quantitative finance based jobs and have had zero luck finding any. It seems just about every single job posting requires at the very least 3 years experience, there are also nearly no internships in this area. Does anyone have recommendations of firms I should look up for possible internship opportunities to get me developed in this field?

Thanks
