How do you apply for jobs?
For those of you that weren't recruited out of undergrad... how does the job search go? What have you found to be most effective?
I've been primarily using AngelList for startups and LinkedIn as my main search tool. I've tried Ineed.com and Monster.com but both of them send more spam than Monty Python.
Any tools out there I'm missing? Is it better to apply direct?
