Hi monkeys I am currently in a development program at a Super regional bank (top 8). I am being head-hunted by another large bank (top 4) for what would be a "promotion". I love the company that i am at now, love my team and culture throughout the whole bank. But, this new opportunity would be a nice sized pay increase, and it is a little daunting to take on the new goals and responsibilities that would come with this position.
So, how do you know if you are ready to make a move like this?
