As a woman with two degrees (b.s.b.a in Finance from a non-target, m.s. in Global Finance from a decent business school), who came from a boutique hedge fund and is currently at global placement agent, how do I make myself stand out to managers against all the kids coming out of GS, MS, or CS post layoffs?
