How do you recruit to leave banking?
Finished my first year in banking and looking to leave after the bonus for something with better work-life balance. Thinking corp dev is the natural progression there, but how do people in banking make time to recruit? I am in the office every day and have long hours (9-3ish). I've updated my resume and look at openings on Saturdays, but being able to fit in networking calls and interviews + prep seems impossible. Appreciate any advice.
