How do you recruit to leave banking?

Finished my first year in banking and looking to leave after the bonus for something with better work-life balance. Thinking corp dev is the natural progression there, but how do people in banking make time to recruit? I am in the office every day and have long hours (9-3ish). I've updated my resume and look at openings on Saturdays, but being able to fit in networking calls and interviews + prep seems impossible. Appreciate any advice.

lol - yeah long-ish hours - aka "my firm is killing me"

Can second what has been said here about stepping into an empty conference room/pod and weekend interviews. Some firms are willing to do time slots early in the day. You also know average down times at work, so you can go "grab coffee" as well.
