Capital One Business Manager Power Day

I have a consulting background and am looking to move to Capital One for a role on one of their card teams. I am applying as a Business Manager so I know it will be 2 hard math heavy cases, a product interview (not very familiar with this), and some behaviorals sprinkled in.

Does anyone have any experience with Capital One Power Days? What do the cases look like and how best can I practice? Is the product interview pretty straightforward? What advice would you have for the behaviorals (questions to have a great answer on etc)?

I would really appreciate any advice that you all have!

I interviewed for the BA internship a while back, am wrapping it up right now.

The first case I had was standard Profitability, should we choose A or B. The second case I had was a more traditional credit card case. It would be good to brush up on credit card vocabulary.

The product case is fairly heavy on choosing a product you use (generally digital in nature), describing what is good about it, and brainstorming ideas for improvement.

Don't really remember behaviorals - my general preparation for them worked. Why this role definitely came up.

You can use Excel or a calculator, which can make it easier. Also my interviews took around 40 minutes on average, not the full 1-hour.

Probably practice a credit card style case, and choosing the product for the product interview, along with improvements. ChatGPT was useful for the product improvements.

Look for other Reddit/WSO advice, I found that helpful.
