Background Check
Hi fellas,
Quick question, have you ever seen someone passing the background check despite a suspension (for a dumb reason) on her record? What's the strategy about it? Staying silent and hoping for the best or being transparent with HR?

Suspended a year or so ago for a very stupid reason. Long story short, I used a non-approved software by IT...
I am worried that this episode will come up during the background check of the bank I am trying to lateral to so toying with the idea of whether I should be upfront about it or stay silent.
