Many banks, including GS, CS, Barclays, DB, and JPM offer short programs that are around 3 or 4 days long for undergrads to learn about the firm, their divisions, and the culture. How helpful are these programs for helping students to get internships/full-time offers? Has anyone participated in one of these programs? Or are there any full-time bankers out there who have an opinion on the usefulness of these programs?
