How Important is it leaving good impression with campus recruiter?
Been networking with VP’S and MD’s the last few weeks. The calls with them are great and engaging lasting around 30. However when they connect me with the recruiters the convos are pretty dry. Do recruiters have any input in the getting a interview/Job compared to a vp/md connect?
