How many people get jobs?
do you guys know the usual percent of people who get offers after getting an interview? How many 1st round interviews do you need before you are pretty much guaranteed an offer? such as 3? 5? 10?
u cant predict this.
i know people who got 20+ first rounds with 1 offer and 3 1st rounds with 1 offer.
