How much money will I earn in the best case?

I’m an incoming research associate at a Singapore based REPE fund but in an office based out of my country. Salary is double of what I used to make at JLL strat consulting. I will be handling retail and hospitality investments and am wondering what kind of a career should I aim for. People working at the fund already have top mbas and I checked LinkedIn profiles of people exiting to Brookfield and blackstone or HBS/ Wharton MBAs. I was wondering what the career trajectory of people in my industry looks like. I am a retail RE guy who would like to settle in Europe in the long run. How much do people in Europe earn in similar roles. What are some of the top MBAs for such roles? How much money can I expect to earn post 35? I am 28 rn. What are the work hours like?
